I just viewed "The September Issue" and it just proved what power Anna Wintour holds within the fashion industry as a whole. Anna is editor-in-chief of American Vogue not one single person matches the amount of power and domination that she possesses in the fashion industry and how we are just the helpless minions under her power and doom. I kid, really.
The documentary follows the creation of the September 2007 issue of Vogue and takes you on such a wild ride with the behind the scenes of wardrobe selection, cover-girl issues, and a fly on the wall view of her meetings with the top designers in the industry that shows you just how much of an influence this woman has.
I suggest this to anyone who is even vaguely familiar with the world of fashion and you might just come back with more respect than you might think you could ever have for this woman and this industry.
